My name is Lotta Sjösten. I am an experienced engineer with a curious mindset.
I have more than ten years of experience as project manager. Managing traditional projects as well as hybrid projects with a more agile approach. Additionally I have five years of leadership experience from line management, working with business development and people growth. Furthermore, I am also used to work in an international setting, co-creating with people around the globe.
I am passionate about cross-functional cooperation or – to bridge borders through stakeholder collaboration. Starting the innovation journey by clarifying what the goal is through stakeholder interviews, adding my know-how to structure and visualize the result and then finally secure that there is a common understanding between all stakeholders. Continuing by using tailored project management to deliver a complete solution through an iterative approach. Taking into account that changing environments need constant adaptation. All the way to a complete service or product.
